The Top 100 Just Got Much Bigger And Better

I knew it would happen. Now we’ve started this research and analysis programme, we just can’t stop.

We’ve now analyzed over 360 sites and still going. So, the only way we can cope with this data is to start breaking down into smaller categories, and put in all online.

This is going to take some time. But the really great advantage is that if it’s all online, and we link it to this blog, then we can get everyone’s onw comments and feedback instantly. Also it means we can discover new sites which we haven’t come across, by readers adding their suggestions.

So, i’m sure it’ll be great, when it’s finished. However at this moment, l anticipate completion around the end of Feb 09.

The ‘TOP 100 Guitar Sites’ Research Report

Many thanks to those of you who’ve sent your feedback, either directly via email, or commented on the blog. It’s been totally fantastic, and made all the hard work seem worthwhile.

The ‘Top 100 Report’ is the result of literally hundreds of hours work spent searching, analyzing, testing, and evaluating over 100 Play Guitar products, tuition, and web sites. Not to mention the cash we’ve spent!

But the Blog is about us sharing our findings and experiences, and to uncover new great sites, to help others really accelerate their guitar playing, to the next level.

Your input will enable us to continue to shape our ongoing research, to better meet your needs. So, if you’ve got any feedback for us, then please add your comments here. Regards, Jon Henderson, research@whichguitarsite.com

Version 1.0 is complete and ready for download

OK this report has taken me about 3 weeks longer than anticipated to get together. In all l reckon it’s taken the equivalent of about 16 man days, and cost me close to $1,300 signing up for a whole range of products. It’s been quite an experience, and i feel like i’ve become something of an expert in terms of knowing what’s out there in terms of Learning and Playing Guitar web sites and products.

However, this being the web we’re talking about, then l guess all this information will become out of date within a few months, as more products come on the market and others are upgraded.

There have been many surprises at just how much good stuff is out there, but also by contrast the realisation that there’s a good few products that really are a waste of time and money. But it’s all in the FREE Top 100 Play Guitar Research Report, and it’s ready for download. So go grab a copy and let me know what you think.
